Start with general satisfaction questions and gradually move into more personal or specific topics. Group Similar Questions: For example, group all questions about satisfaction together and all questions about mental health awareness separately. This reduces cognitive load for the user. Whitespace and Padding: Ensure there is enough space between form elements (questions, inputs, buttons) so the form doesn’t feel cluttered.
